Our office is in Alanya (Şekerhane Mah. Hükümet Cad. No: 81/4, Alanya / Antalya, Türkiye). We serve clients across Türkiye — particularly Alanya and Antalya — and, through our partner office in the United Kingdom, advise international clients as well.
Can foreigners get legal support when buying real estate in Türkiye?

Yes. We provide end-to-end support to foreign clients on property transactions, title deed processes, due diligence and contract management. We also handle Turkish citizenship applications made through real estate investment.
What do you do in the Turkish citizenship-by-investment process?

For citizenship applications through real estate investment, we manage file preparation, appraisals, title deed transactions and the entire workflow with the Migration Authority end to end. We also assist with residence permit applications.
